In case of any sign of damage. Please insist on open delivery and inform us immediately, if there is any discrepancy. Customers can send us an email/phone number asking for a refund. Customers can send their back without any damage to anything of the product like price/brand tag and product labels.
Here’s how it works:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a full refund within 10 days of it being delivered to you regardless of whether it’s been used. We’ll maybe cover the *shipping costs to send it back to us. How’s that for NO RISK?!
Returns of an unused product after 10 days will receive a store credit for up to 365 days from the day of purchase.
Custom items can be returned if they were received damaged or do not match the approved proof on file.

We’ll email you an RMA # with shipping instructions.
We’ll process your refund or store credit within 7 to 14 business days of receiving the material.
We’ll email you once the refund or credit has been processed.
If you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. It is NOT possible to cancel part of your order. We recommend you cancel the entire order and re-purchase required quantity to simplify the transaction.
If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount subject to deduction of charges if any and whereas you cancel your order after the shipment but before receipt of the item, the same will be liable for deduction of the two-way shipping costs.
