Standard Delivery:

Estimated delivery time 3-7 business days.

All order processing occurs on business days only, which are Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 4 pm IST. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, or after 4 pm IST is processed the next business day. All packages are delivered Monday through Friday.

Stock items ship out within 24-48 hours unless otherwise noted.

Large quantity purchases may add 1-3 business days to shipping. Item(s) may also be bulk packed.

Items that are made to order ship out in 5-7 business days.

Custom items can take between 5-15 business days to ship.

*NOTE: Many of our items are drop shipped directly from the manufacturer. As such, you may receive multiple packages.

Free shipping within India.

Other country buyers charged FLAT-RATE Ground shipping charges on ALL Orders.

BlueDart/DHL/The Professional Parcel Service/Indian Postal Service is the package service used by Divine Noni. Unless otherwise requested, all orders are shipped via Ground service.

Some items do require freight shipping. Freight shipping costs are charged after the item ships. Unless otherwise requested, all freight items ship via ground service.

Expedited methods of shipping are may be available. There is no guarantee that the order received after 11 am IST will ship the same day. We suggest you call to verify same-day shipments.

*NOTE: Next Day Shipment requests on Friday are guaranteed delivery on the next business day (business days are Monday through Friday), this does not include Saturdays. Saturday deliveries must be specifically requested.

Divine Noni is not held responsible for any delays parcel services may incur due to circumstances beyond their control. This would include but is not limited to weather conditions, mechanical delays, equipment failures.

All packages are insured when they leave Divine Noni If a package is damaged in shipment, you should not accept the package without appropriate documentation of the damage. Divine Noni is not responsible for merchandise damaged in shipping.

Free shipping rate for Indian customer orders.

But We charge FLAT RATE for Other Country customers.

Note: We reserve the right to adjust the shipping charge if the actual rate comes back higher than originally calculated due to the dim weight of the package.

International:

Packages ship through BLUEDART/DTDC/DHL/INDIA POST services for Worldwide Expedited.

The customer is responsible for all shipping expenses as well as customs charges, taxes and fees, and duties due upon entering the destination location.

Returns of an unused product after 10 days will receive a store credit for up to 365 days from the day of purchase.

Custom items can be returned if they were received damaged or do not match the approved proof on file.
